• c) Upload any Content that infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• d) Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

• 8.1 All content, features, and functionality of GeekPlatz, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of GeekPlatz and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• 8.2 Users retain ownership of the Content they upload to their CV-style websites.
• 8.3 By uploading Content, Users grant GeekPlatz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the Content solely for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

• 9.1 GeekPlatz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Service.
